Faith Home
Christian Recovery
Our MissionTo guide men and women into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and with the tools of Christ-centered spirituality and 12 step recovery, return them to society as productive citizens-reclaimed and filled with hope and purpose.
Founded in 1966 by Danny W. Barnes, Aline Barnes, and Rex McCravy, Faith Home has grown from a regionally known provider into a nationally recognized program of faith-based alcohol and drug addiction recovery. The eight-week inpatient program was initially launched as a residential recovery home for 14 men in Greenwood, South Carolina, the site of our current 67-acre main campus. Because of Faith Home’s unwavering commitment to its mission, God has graciously allowed the ministry to bloom and flourish as we meet the needs of men and women at our four campus facilities; Greenwood Main, Spartanburg Men and Women, and Abbeville. Faith Home is the largest Christian Recovery Program in the Southeast with a 135 resident bed capacity.
